What is Barnabell?
Barnabell is your go-to for stylish smoke tools, giftable goods, and elevated rituals. We blend utility with beauty, think thoughtful pieces that feel good to use and look great on your shelf.

Are you a smoke shop?
Not exactly. We’re a gift shop that happens to love glass, and anything under the sun. Everything we offer is made to be wrapped, displayed, and enjoyed by you or your favorite person.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy times, it may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you posted. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

What shipping options do you offer?
 At checkout, you’ll see multiple options:

  • FedEx Standard (3–5 business days) – Free on U.S. orders over $75
  • FedEx Two-Day – $12.95
  • FedEx Overnight (1–2 business days) – $19.95 (U.S. only, lower 48)

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and volume.

Email us ASAP at support@barnabell.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it before it goes out.

Gifting & Packaging

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Select “This is a gift” at checkout and we’ll wrap it up with care,  no prices, just good vibes.

Can I add a gift message?
 Of course. Type your note at checkout and we’ll handwrite it for that personal touch.

Is the packaging discreet?
 Always. Your order will arrive in a plain box or mailer with no mention of what’s inside — just our name, Barnabell.

Products & Restocks

Are your pieces handmade?
Many of them are! We work with glassblowers, ceramicists, and independent artists to bring you one-of-a-kind tools you won’t find anywhere else.

Do you restock sold out items?
 Sometimes, yes. If you see something you love, sign up for restock alerts on the product page or shoot us a message and we’ll keep you posted.

How do I care for my glass?
We recommend Isopropyl alcohol + coarse salt for regular cleaning. For more tips, check out our Glass Care Guide (coming soon!).

Support & Returns

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Email us at support@barnabell.com with your order number to get started.

Something arrived broken — what now?
We’ve got you. If your item was damaged during shipping, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right. (Make sure to keep all packaging materials when filing a claim.)

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it right here. Just click the Cancel Order button on this page and follow the steps — we’ll take care of the rest.

My order already shipped — can I still cancel?
Once it’s on its way, we can’t cancel it, but you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Check our Returns Policy for details.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Nope. As long as we can cancel before shipping, it’s free and easy.

Do you have a rewards or referral program?
